  Fees vary substantially from as low as under $100 for Partial inspections, to $450 or more for a Technical Inspection.

  There are a number of ways to price inspections, some more complex than others. Ours is based on the selling price of the property.

  For example, $210 minimum fee on houses up to $150,000 and $1 per thousand in cost above that to a total cost of $250,000. Above that, the cost increases 50¢ per $1,000.
